Here is the schedule for each league and when they need to be present to have all their affidavits approved.

 9:30 AM McLean 10:30 AM Arlington 
11:30 AM  Vienna 12:30 PM Alexandria
1:30 PM  Great Falls 2:30 PM Reston
3:30 PM Falls Church                 4:30 PM Mason District
